(H) SPRAY INHALER one The invention relates to a medical technique, namely, devices for administering a drug through the respiratory system. An aerosol inhaler is known, 5 which comprises a housing with a needle and an inlet, a capsule for a medicinal substance, a capsule for a working medium, the capsules being interconnected through a valve and an ejector of HP. However, the dosing of the working medium in this device is carried out with low accuracy, which reduces the effectiveness of inhalation. The aim of the invention is to improve the accuracy of dosing of the working environment. The goal is achieved by the fact that the inhaler is provided with a holiday. The 20 nozzle, the piston installed in the latter, the capsule for the working medium is equipped with a diaphragm located against the needle, and the valve is made two-position with a lever-pulley transverse 2S cottage connected to the piston of the outlet. Fig. 1 shows an aerosol inhaler for spraying a liquid drug substance, a slit; 2 is the same for decimation of the powdered drug substance. The inhaler includes a housing 1, in the inlet pipe 2 of which is fixed the neck 3 for the working medium. A protective casing 5 is fastened on the inlet nozzle 2 by means of a threaded connection, the threaded connection being provided with a locking device in the form of a plate 6 with a screw 7. A needle 8 is installed in the body t, and the capsule membrane 9 is placed against the needle. In the housing 1 is placed on-off valve, comprising a rod 10 with two bypass channels 11 and 12, the spring 13, the sleeve C, the dosing chamber 15 and sealing elements. In addition, the inhaler contains an outlet 16 with a piston 17 and 3EO the drug capsule 1b, which through the valve, the ejector and outlet port 20 is connected to the capsule C for the working medium. A two-position valve is connected to lever 17 by gear 17, which includes a pivoting lever 21 and 22 and a lever 21 at one end connected to the piston 17. and the other interacts with the rod 22, the opposite end of which interacts with the rod 10. Inhaler works as follows. Using a mechanism (not shown), the needle 8 is actuated, which destroys the membrane 9 of the capsule k for the working medium. The contents of the capsule, forming the working medium, through the internal channels of the housing 1 and the bypass channel 11 fills the dosing chamber 15. During inhalation, the piston 17 under the action of the developing dilution moves in the pipe 16. The movement of the piston 17 causes the lever 21 to rotate, the end of which is disengaged from the tight end 22, which keeps the valve stem 10 from moving. Under the pressure of the contents of the capsule and the spring 13, the released stem 10 is moved. As a result, channel 11 overlaps, which reports the dosing the chamber 15 with the capsule 4. At the same time, the bypass channel 12 opens and the contents of the dosing chamber 15 through the outlet channel 20 are moved to the capsule 18 for the drug substance. Thus, the valve design provides accurate dosing of the working medium, which contributes to the effectiveness of inhalation.

Claims (1) [1] Invention Formula An aerosol inhaler, comprising a housing with a needle and an inlet, capsules for the drug substance and the working medium, connected to each other through a valve and an ejector, characterized in that it is equipped with an outlet nozzle, a piston installed in the latter, the capsule for the working medium is provided with a membrane located opposite the needle, and the valve is made two-way with a lever-thrust transmission connected to the outlet nozzle piston.
